Advantage Tech is searching for a ERP Manager for their client in Kansas City, Mo.
Responsibilities :
- Designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting
- Reviewing presentations, manuscripts, graphs, and tables to ensure accuracy and quality
- Developing standards of operation when handling and archiving data
- Creating tools in our proprietary ERP that is built on Microsoft platform, that can enhance the overall inventory management throughout the company. Creating, automating, and standardizing receiving of inventory, and having it flow through to other areas of company
- Use our ERP to optimize client interaction through CRM tools for our sales staff
- Maintaining data management plans and instructions for standardizing receiving of inventory and flow into other reports
- Overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures
- Ensuring data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security systems
- Maintain database information relating to web content
- Identifying areas of opportunity using analytics reporting
- Work collaboratively and communicate with non-technical internal team and 3rd party vendors
- Manage basics of inventory related to web and ecommerce platform
- Communicate and collaborate with outside web development company
- Be able to identify and triage website issues related to data and images
- Competitor analysis : evaluate and follow industry best practices
- Experience / Qualifications : Extensive experience and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and PowerBI
- Jewelry knowledge and luxury retail experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and relentless attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to self-motivate and self-direct in a small family-owned business
- Ability to work alone or on a team, in the office
- Strong resilience to corrective feedback
