ATI is seeking an office coordinator for our partner company based in Lenexa, KS
This position is a responsible for daily office coordination tasks, acts as the human resource liaison, and serves as the main point of contact for visitors.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate department.
Monitor and assist all incoming visitors.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Act as a liaison to corporate HR.
Initiate onboarding processes for new hires, including scheduling drug screens and physicals.
Assist personnel with access to / use of payroll system on PC and mobile app.
Communicate corporate initiatives to personnel as appropriate / needed.
Track time and attendance.
Assist personnel with timeclock issues (initial enrollment and subsequent problems with clocking in / out).
Attend regular corporate conference calls with other divisions regarding current HR issues.
Reconcile corporate card.
Assist with sample room and mailing needs.
Perform Internal Audits per SQF Regulations and reporting them to the Quality Control Department.
Ensure all work areas are organized and maintaining a clean and efficient environment.
Report any inefficient or unsafe conditions to management upon discovery of the conditions.
Report customer complaints to and assist with communication of issues to appropriate parties for corrective action.
