Responsibilities:

• Answering 30-40 inbound calls daily from different component groups such as Hybrid, Powertrain, Electrical, Body, and Chassis


• Providing diagnostic and troubleshooting tips and resolution to dealership technicians


• Updating and escalating cases to Tier II personnel, product engineers, and Field Technical Specialists on product quality concerns and issues


• Assist in shadowing and mentoring new hire Tier I. (once fully trained and working to production standards)

Required Skills:

• Diagnostic skills


• 5 years' dealership experience


• Working knowledge of product warranty, policies & procedures


• Demonstrate ability to interface with Dealer Technicians via phone, email and written communication


• Proficiency in MS Office Word


• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)


• ASE Master Certification and/or OEM Master Certification preferred
