Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in engineering or related environmental field
- Professional Engineer license or able to acquire within one year of hire
- Experience - 5 to 8 years minimum in a related field
- Solid waste management
- Biogas system design
- Remediation
- Site Civil
- GCCS
- Regulatory experience required; general upper mid-west, specifically Wisconsin experience a plus
- Established client relationships are a plus
- Project management experience a plus, including budgets and invoicing
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Self-disciplined / motivated individual who also works well in a team environment
- Proficiency with computer usage for document preparation including Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of computer-aided design software; Civil 3D preferred
Your Role
Responsibilities of this position will include; interpretation of federal, state and local agency regulations, analysis, oversight and review of project work products, including site specific technical data, calculations, technical reports, construction plans, cost estimates, environmental permit applications and permit terms and conditions. These responsibilities will be applied to the Civil, environmental and solid waste industries. Some on-site work and travel may be required. The position will also involve building client relations, support of new client business development activities including proposals, as well as, help with cross selling.
