Pay: Up to $40/hr.
Hybrid position: In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and work from out of office Monday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract language, including updates to master terms & conditions.
- Assess business risk and facilitate redline reviews with customers, negotiating legal language changes.
- Partner with the Legal team for comprehensive contract language reviews.
- Track and archive contract revisions, ensuring accurate version control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of related experience.
- Experience with business contract language and redline management.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly with Legal teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including Track Changes.
