Key Responsibilities
- Estimate and validate project costs for various construction projects across multiple locations.
- Develop Phase/FEL 1 through Phase/FEL 3 estimates and estimate basis.
- Validate third-party engineering estimates.
- Maintain and improve our past project estimate database, metrics, tools, and processes.
Additional responsibilities include reading and evaluating plant engineering deliverables, drawings, data, and MTOs to develop estimate specs and quantities; coordinating project estimate kick-offs, walk-downs, and quote reviews; and completing estimate final reviews with project teams.
