What You'll Do:
- Lead the functional architecture of the NA Salesforce Platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM solutions, enhancing user experience and process efficiency.
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Communities, and Health Cloud.
- Act as a key partner with DevOps to maintain and improve platform functionality.
- Drive Salesforce innovation, evaluating new tools and features to enhance capabilities.
- Lead and mentor teams, promoting best practices and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations (GDPR, PII, GxP, Systems Validation).
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience leading a technical team.
- 2 years in the Life Sciences industry (Pharma or Medical Devices preferred).
- Expertise in Salesforce Communities (Experience), Health Cloud, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities in a regulated industry.
- Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
