Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee Engineering, Maintenance, and I&E teams.
- Lead site improvement and preventive maintenance projects .
- Manage CAPEX initiatives , budgeting, project execution, process design, equipment specification, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee maintenance budget , including inventory, tools, and vendor services.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) .
- Coordinate with Production and EHS to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
- Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities .
- Provide technical expertise for equipment failures.
- Develop maintenance strategies and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance and engineering records.
- Collaborate with global teams on CAPEX and plant troubleshooting.
