In this role, you will perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties. The assistant work under general supervision and will frequently communicate with senior-level internal and external contacts from different functional areas. You will be exposed to confidential information on a daily basis requiring high level of tact and integrity.
Responsibilities
- This position will act as global administrator in Electronic Management of Change (eMOC) for EH&S, Maintenance, Reliability and will provide general administrative support to global EH&S staff.
- Prepare EH&S reports, purchase requisitions, invoices, and payment authorizations in SAP.
- Assists in keeping the Crisis Plan Contact list updated and posted.
- Update policies and procedures in Documentum.
- Update and maintains EH&S website.
- Assists with the Annual Targeting Zero Conference
- Prepare basic reports in Excel (not advanced)
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 2 years administrative support experience
- prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office products; experience with SAP, eMOC, Documentum, SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
