Maintenance , inspection , repairs of building systems and related equipment
We are not looking for an highly technical candidate just a cursory knowledge of tools and minor repair when needed
- Preventive Maintenance : Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment.
- Repair and Troubleshooting : Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of facility issues, such as plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions, HVAC breakdowns, and equipment failures.
