Position Title : Human Resources Administrative Support
Location : Onsite. Livonia, MI.
Administer / monitor attendance, Family Medical Leave (FMLA) and medical leave of absence in accordance with the UAW-OEM Collective Bargaining Agreement, Company Policy, applicable regulations, Company practice and Local Contractual Agreement.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Strong oral and written skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Previous Manufacturing experience (1 years) (Preferred)
- Attendance and FMLA monitoring experience (Preferred)
- 2 years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
