What are the responsibilities and job description for the Injection Mold Process Engineer position at Advantage Technical?
Location: Adrian, MI.
Pay Range: $42.27-$48.08/hr.
* 3-5 years Experience in Injection Molding Field Required *
- Able to work any shift
- Working knowledge of SPC
- Systematic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Hot Runner tools
- Experience with Hot Runner controllers
- Experience with Mold Temperature Control Units
- Experienced with Valve Gated Injection Molding
- Broad knowledge of Plastics and Systematic Injection Molding Process
- Optimize Injection Molding Process
- Provide design guidance for product and tooling development
- Create and optimize Injection Molding Machine Part Un-Loader Programs
- Troubleshoot Injection Molding Machine issues and communicate with Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and Correct Injection Molding Processing issues
- Troubleshoot Injection Mold Tooling issues and communication with Die Room personnel
- Train and coach Manufacturing Jobsetters
- Associates Degree Preferred
