The primary focus is on ensuring food labeling compliance with FDA and USDA regulations by developing and reviewing food labels, providing regulatory guidance to internal teams, and maintaining documentation for audits.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have at least five years of experience in food labeling or regulatory compliance.
- preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- possess strong knowledge of relevant regulations, attention to detail, and communication skills.
The position also involves occasional travel within the U.S., and interviews will be conducted via Teams. Employees are entitled to two paid 15-minute breaks during each shift.
