Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned project tasks to meet deliverables.
- Contribute to design, testing, and process development.
- Build prototypes and develop detailed test methods.
- Conduct prototype and material testing with minimal guidance.
- Create and refine test methods as needed.
- Assist in procuring and qualifying new or modified test equipment.
- Document and communicate test results to the technical team.
- Use lasers to perform a variety of tasks in manufacturing, including cutting, marking, cleaning, welding, drilling, and texturing.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field with at least six years of relevant experience.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience working with laser technology.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Experience with fixturing and interpreting GD&T/technical drawings.
- Strong skills in SolidWorks.
