Advantage Technical is seeking an Engineering Technician or Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to support assemblies and sub-assemblies for new product development. This opportunity is with our client, a contract firm for a leading motorcycle manufacturer.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
? PFMEA Development & Updates:
- Write, update, and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
- Identify potential failures, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Assign risk priority numbers (RPNs) to prioritize solutions.
? Process Documentation & AutoCAD Work:
- Utilize AutoCAD to update process flow diagrams and 2D plant cell layouts.
- Manage engineering documentation and workflow updates.
? Production Floor Support & Troubleshooting:
- Address floor-level engineering issues and optimize workflows.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware issues within production cells.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive process improvements.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
