We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to support braiding, coiling, and shaft technologies in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, testing, and analysis of products, materials, and equipment.
- Execute assigned tasks for project deliverables and contribute to design and process concepts.
- Construct prototypes and develop or revise detailed test methods.
- Organize and conduct prototype/material testing with minimal engineering guidance.
- Identify, procure, and qualify new or modified test equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to acquire necessary materials and services.
- Train and mentor peers on technical aspects, including data analysis and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and integrate quality measures into all aspects of work.
Qualifications:
- AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 6 years of experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role.
- Experience with braiding, coiling, and shaft technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process development, and documentation.
