Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct final functional testing, product release inspections, and accurately record test results.
- Review, update, and maintain QA documentation and validation reports.
- Perform thorough product defect analysis and support quality improvement efforts.
- Assist and collaborate with Quality Engineering and Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with QA laboratory procedures, ISO9001 standards, GMP practices, and plant-wide protocols.
- Provide exceptional service and support to internal customers within the QA laboratory area.
- Communicate any environmental, health, or safety concerns and demonstrate strong decision-making and self-management skills with minimal supervision.
