Hours & Pay:


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM


Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience


Overtime: Occasionally available but not guaranteed or required

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect products for defects, particulates, and leaks


• Perform environmental monitoring and personnel checks as needed


• Support the media fill validation process by inspecting filled units


• Review documentation such as cleaning records, inventory sheets, and compounding logs


• Verify raw materials and labeling meet specifications


• Monitor temperature records and alarm logs


• Submit samples for microbial or particulate analysis


• Assist in managing calibration and maintenance records


• Support internal and external audits


• Document non-compliance and collaborate on investigations


• Participate in quality team meetings and ongoing improvement initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED


• At least 2 years of experience in quality or manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or health sciences


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Basic math and documentation abilities


• Comfort with sitting, using hands, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs


• Bonus if you have experience in aseptic operations or hold a degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
