What are the responsibilities and job description for the Refinery Project Engineer position at Advantage Technical?

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in aboveground storage tanks.
- API 653 certification is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in project management, engineering, construction, and operations.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience leading a project team.
- Develop and maintain tank project management plans and site-specific safety plans.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Lead employees and contractors in company safety initiatives and expectations.
- Support ongoing projects by making site visits.
- Effectively communicate through strong written and oral correspondence.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and optimize.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office/Project
