Shift: Thursday - Monday 12:00 PM-9:00 PM EST
Pay: $13-14/ Hour W-2
We are seeking a Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for our team in the field. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with Electronic Logging Devices , mobile applications, and in-cab systems. This is a highly collaborative role that ensures our drivers remain connected, compliant, and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support for Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and mobile applications used by professional drivers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely or in collaboration with onsite technicians
- Communicate repair status and resolutions to internal departments, including Fleet Operations and Service Center teams
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and solutions for tracking and reporting
- Prioritize and triage incoming support requests to ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to a positive and proactive support environment, maintaining high customer service standards
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in technical support, field service, or a related role
- Experience troubleshooting hardware/software systems (experience with ELDs is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a strong plus
