Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Process Controls Engineer to join our team at Advantage Technical.
About the Role:
- Responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Aspen IP.21 systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Lead engineering projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications and reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Aspen IP.21.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Strong knowledge of PIMS (Aspen IP.21 preferred).
- Experience leading engineering projects and initiatives.
- Process Controls experience (monitoring and integration) is a plus.
- Experience integrating PIMS systems with various OT systems (e.g., automation/controls).
- Experience working with OPC communication (preferred).
- SQL experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
