What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Maintenance position at Advantage Treatment Center?
Now hiring for a part time maintenance person at Advantage Treatment Centers - Sterling. Duties will include remedial painting, fixing drywall, doors/door handles, maintenance on HVAC units, and setting up contractors for larger jobs, and any other tasks as assigned. The right person will have good communication skills, be able to take direction from supervisors, and work well with residential clients living at the facility. A positive attitude is a must! Pay starts at $18.00/hour with potential for more with experience. This is a part time position, days and hours are very flexible BUT can easily be turned into a FULL TIME position for the right candidate!
