Job Overview
We are a local tree removal and land clearing company, we are seeking a customer service representative to join our office staff . You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support along with supporting the office with light administrative work as needed.
Duties
- Provide superior customer service for all inbound and outbound communications.
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
- A bright and positive demeanor is key since you will be the first point of contact for the business
- Schedule appointments within our software system, entering all information correctly and efficiently
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, data entry and document preparation
- Keep a clean and organized work space
- Provide additional support as needed to management
- This is an in office position with no option to work remote.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, excellent communication skills both verbal and written are necessary
- Strong computer skills, the ability to learn a new software system and familiarity with Microsoft and Google platforms
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team effectively, in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Take initiative with tasks and follow directions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
