The Building Maintenance Associate’s responsibilities revolve around general maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness in the organization to ensure that facilities and equipment in the organization are in good shape at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine Maintenance tasks, such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry work.
- General Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and grounds to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with Safety Standards and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections and repairs.
- Assist in Snow Removal and Landscaping as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
Requirements
Requirements - Building Maintenance Associate
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance, preferable in an office or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools, safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
