Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Pittsburgh, PA at Advantage Utilities LLC. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, ensuring efficiency and quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
- Experience in Coax telecommunication, and Fiber Splicing
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership qualities with experience in supervising diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
