Job Description:
- Present flooring solutions to customers in their homes, leveraging electronic tablets and measuring devices to create a seamless experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales to meet company expectations.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Be available for evening and weekend appointments to accommodate customer schedules.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
