Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers in their homes to present flooring solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations to create a seamless and efficient experience.
- Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales to meet company expectations.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to use electronic tablets and measuring devices.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Be available for evening and weekend appointments to accommodate customer schedules.
- Display a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Average earnings: $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
