Pay: $21/hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Facilities Services Customer Service Representative essential tasks:
This role is a key contributor in fulfilling USM's customer commitments by serving as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound communications, resolving service issues, managing voicemail and third-party systems, and ensuring accurate documentation in the work order management system. The position also involves overseeing recurring services, processing customer requests, analyzing field inspection reports, and reconciling billing and service data. Strong collaboration with team members is essential to addressing service issues promptly and maintaining business profitability.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that could include early mornings/evenings/weekends.
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent in education and work experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a high volume, fast paced customer service role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience managing facility service, or similar, work orders.
