Non-Summer Hours: First Shift only, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Summer Hours: First Shift only, Monday-Thursday 6am-3:30pm; and Friday 6am-10am (Some OT available)

Our mission is to create functional prototypes which enable an understanding of product vision for KC business teams. Our vision is to be recognized and valued as an indispensable partner in developing winning market place products.
We work with garments and fabrics to create our products. This position is in a clean lab environment.
Requirements:
o Good hand making and modification skills
o Clean lines/cutting ability
o Good at centering/lining things up
o Attention to detail
o Intermediate to advanced knowledge of components/material for all feminine and adult care products (ex: , depends, poise pads, etc)
o Comfortable using equipment (ex: bonder, platen press/embosser, die stamp/clicker, pam gun, heat sealers/bar sealers, iron, etc)
o Willingness to learn how to set up equipment
o Ability to read written directions with little to no verbal direction
o Ability to stay organized and takes good notes
o Self-starter but works well with others
o Shows initiative
o Able to ask questions/receive feedback
o Creative/outside the box thinking
o Open to making suggestions
o Flexible
Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Use of hands fingers and wrists with good dexterity for fine manipulation of products.
