Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Heating and Cooling Technician, including general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- EPA Universal and HVAC Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel locally between job sites
- Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
Pay: $30 - $35 per hour
Heating and Cooling Technician Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Repair or replace malfunctioning or outdated system components
- Perform system testing to verify proper functionality and efficiency
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergency service calls
- Document all work performed, including parts used and service details
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed
