Are you a professional and results-driven candidate with five years of HVAC / General Maintenance experience? Advantage xPO is seeking new talent in Aurora, CO, and hiring an experienced HVAC Technician for a nationally recognized leader in integrated Facilities Management. The candidate selected for this exciting direct-hire opportunity will be responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company's line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory.
Pay : $33-$39 per hour
Shift Details : 40 hours a week with after-hour calls
HVAC Technicians are responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the functionality and efficiency of commercial HVAC systems. Key duties include :
- Performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and servicing HVAC systems.
- Conducting thorough Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services on package and split unit systems, including belts, pulleys, condensate drain lines, compressors, motors, burners, heat exchangers, and safety controls.
- Repairing and maintaining steam / hot water boiler systems, diagnosing airflow and ducting issues, and ensuring the safe and EPA-compliant handling of refrigerants.
- Safely diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or system failures.
- Utilizing technology to access and complete work orders, and submit service reports, timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs.
- Procuring necessary materials and supplies to perform tasks efficiently.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients through consistent communication and high-quality service, fostering customer satisfaction.
- A company van and tools are provided.
