1st Shift | $35 - $37 per hour
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of HVAC / general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or equivalent education and training in building trades.
- 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC license.
- EPA Universal Refrigeration License.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel locally between properties.
