What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Helper position at Advantage xPO?

Job Details:
2-2-3 Schedule (12-hour shifts; 7am-7pm/7pm-7am).
Two weeks will be on day shift, then two weeks on night shift, then two weeks on day shift again, etc.
14 days a month worked; 48 hour & 36 hour work weeks.
Candidates must be able to swing between both days and nights.
What You'll Do:
- Assist Machine operators working mill-wide reclaim
- Handle rolls, placing them on conveyors and moving them as needed
- Load and unload material on trailers, manually or via tractor
- Complete required lift truck driver training (KC or 3PL certification required)
- Help with routine cleaning, housekeeping, and occasional deep cleaning
- Assist with grade changes as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Certified lift truck driver training (or ability to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety
- Flexibility to swing between day and night shifts
- Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
