Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers in their homes to present flooring selections.
- Utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.
- Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions (both virtually and in-person).
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices.
- Professional presentation skills, including wearing branded apparel.
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
- Strong business development skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Average earnings: $50k - $70k in the first year.
- Top performers can earn well over $100k.
