What You'll Do
- To plan, organize, develop and direct the delivery of therapy services in designated facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- To ensure the provision of the highest quality care to residents and families.
- To demonstrate support for and leadership in achieving the mission of Advantage.
- To manage the performance of therapy department personnel.
About You
- You are a graduate of an accredited school of therapy and licensed as a therapist by the State in which practicing.
- You bring a minimum of two years as a therapist in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
- You have previous management experience preferred
