Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement a compliance and risk management strategy aligned with business goals🔹 Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve financial, clinical, and operational performance🔹 Ensure regulatory compliance and advocate for best-in-class healthcare standards🔹 Build and lead a high-performing compliance team, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity🔹 Collaborate with the Board of Directors to report compliance progress and risks🔹 Implement industry-leading policies and procedures to drive operational effectiveness
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred✔ Proven leadership experience in a post-acute healthcare or PE-backed business✔ Strong background in risk management, regulatory compliance, and QAPI programs✔ Experience scaling operations and integrating acquisitions✔ Passion for clinical excellence and patient-centered care✔ A metrics-driven leader with an ability to manage through data and KPIs
