What You’ll Do:
Lead, manage, and support a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, assistants, and rehab aides.- Plan, organize, and direct therapy service delivery in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Treat a caseload of patients to maintain clinical skills and support continuity of care.
- Ensure the highest standards of care, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication.
- Support clinical staff through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Drive department success through collaboration with facility leadership and AdvantageCare’s regional support.
Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Minimum 2 years of therapy leadership/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) environment.
Strong knowledge of rehab compliance, documentation standards, and patient-centered care. - Passion for team building, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
