What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including scheduling and staffing.- Treat patients and maintain clinical excellence in your field of expertise.
- Lead and support a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, COTAs, PTAs, and rehab aides.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and high-quality care standards.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
- Promote a positive, patient-first culture and mentor team members for continued growth.
What You Bring:

Active license in Pennsylvania as a PT, OTR, SLP, PTA, or COTA.

At least 1-2 years of leadership, supervisory, or coordination experience in a healthcare or therapy setting (SNF/LTC experience strongly preferred).
Passion for improving patient outcomes and leading with integrity. - Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
