As a Senior Business Development Partner, you will have the chance to drive deal flow to Advantary Capital Partners and participate in carried interest on successful investments.
What You’ll Do
As a Professional Services Business Development Partner , your role will go beyond traditional business development. You’ll forge authentic connections with clients and strategic partners, aligning their business needs with our services. You’ll also play a pivotal role in identifying companies with investment potential and generating deal flow for Advantary Capital Partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate relationships with CEOs, founders, and executives of early and growth-stage companies with $5M-100M in revenues or cash.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries, positioning Advantary as a trusted strategic and operational advisor.
- Source, establish, and grow channel partnerships with attorneys, accountants, auditors, tax advisors, PEOs, consultants, and other professional service providers to drive bidirectional referral opportunities.
- Lead the entire sales cycle with empathy – from prospecting to closing – ensuring our consulting solutions meet client needs and driving win-win relationships.
- Identify potential investment opportunities and drive deal flow to Advantary Capital Partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align consulting solutions with client goals and connect capital with strategic growth needs .
