Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location(s): Irvine, CA - Onsite
Compensation: $55K -$85K before commission and bonus – Hourly Non-Exempt
About this position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of our computer hardware products and services across diverse vertical markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to OEM accounts, enterprise accounts or solution providers in these industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territories/vertical markets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique requirements and challenges to provide customized hardware solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with market demands and customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales agreements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in B2B sales with proven track record of success, preferably within the technology industry and with experience targeting retail and healthcare sectors.
- General understanding of computer hardware products and functionalities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

- A quick learner capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and expectation points.
- Able to effectively manage expectations comfortably and effectively across multiple domains.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication, listening and problem analysis/resolution skills; adept at managing multiple projects and demands simultaneously.
