Key job responsibilities
- Develop and manage the business metrics reporting process and perform ad hoc reporting requests.
- Own key executive reports and metrics that are consumed by Relay leadership
- Generate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analyses
- Analysis of data and metrics to identify trends and support decision making, including written and verbal presentation of results and recommendations.
- Engage directly with leadership to recommend business intelligence solutions.
- Model complex / abstract problems and discover insights using statistics, data mining, and visualization techniques.
- Automate processes by developing deep-dive tools, UIs, metrics, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
