Responsibilities
- Performs various maintenance tasks on facilities, including mechanical equipment repairs and inspections.
- Perform semi-independent preventative maintenance on PCB Equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following, maintain and replace fans, motors, pumps, chemical tanks, etc.
- Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on PCB production equipment and supporting equipment.
- Evaluates and recommends part replacements and new products to lower maintenance and operating costs
- May supervise lower-level facilities maintenance staff. Operating a personal computer utilizing standard software such as Microsoft Office and specialized software and standard office equipment.
- Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks and demands, presenting a professional demeanor while working in stressful situations.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships
- Respond to Fixx software for down equipment and prioritize jobs.
- Monitor equipment operations to maintain efficiency and safety.
