Job Description :

A leadership position responsible for a wide range of key operational items required by the US SE organization. Works with global regional management peers. Has US direct reports and dotted line reports at AAI. Reporting to the US SE Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include :

• Section oversight (Customer Training, Infrastructure, Admin), leadership and staff management
• Global activities with regional peers
• Function oversight as individual and for collaborative teams
• AAI-SE Manager meeting management
• Leadership, policy, and group target setting and maintenance
• Group administrative and HR duties
• Administrative oversight over direct reports and dotted line reports
• Transitioning AAI-SE's current processes into streamlined, modern, collaborative tools
