The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, hands on and logical to work successfully in a stimulating manufacturing environment. This is an onsite role.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Labeling and accounting for all transactions for products and placing them in inventory accordingly.
- Identifying and locating the right products for sales orders packing slips/commercial invoices.
- Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory physically and within the ERP database.
- Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
- Processes approved MRFs (material requests forms).
- Delivers and transacts material to manufacturing accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manages receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Maintains accurate transactions of daily moves, inventory, and counting accurately.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Ensures supplier packing slips are filed and maintained for at least 7 years.
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Coordinates with FedEx/UPS/others on processing and drop-off.
- Packaging and supporting craters.
- Loading pickups (systems/spares).
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member- scanning ready area.
- All other duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of logistics, retail, or customer service experience.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle a plus).
- Ability to thrive in and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
- Receiving, stocking, and stacking.
- Pulling, packing, and loading.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Able to lift, up to, 50 pounds.
- Customer-centric, consultative and a passion for excellence.
- This is an on-site role at our Lake Forest, CA facility.
