What You Will Do
In this position you will be working with Quality, Production, and Manufacturing Departments to drive short term and long-term quality activities. Responsibilities include but not limited to processing material through ERP system, manage organize and monitor material flow from Manufacturing to Inventory, help and monitor prioritizing inspection jobs, perform periodic QC inventory, import Quality data from ERP system and generate reports.
- Fluent in computer skills and, be able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment
- Detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
- Ability and flexibility to quickly learn other software tools as required
- Capable of working independently to meet deadlines and complete daily / weekly priorities
- Must be computer literate and able to work with ERP systems – Oracle highly preferred
- File and manage the daily activities from the Quality ERP System specifically Oracle.
- Prepare periodic reports from ERP system, summarize transactions
- Facilitate and drive material flow through Quality Control Centers
- Maintain and mange quality records such as document revisions, training records, etc. within Quality Department
- Ability to work with various teams and departments within a high-tech Manufacturing and Production environment
