Job Description
Pre-sale AE is positioning as the WW expert of the ACS products (Advantest Cloud Solution) and be the main technical contact to define and support the ACS (Advantest Cloud Solution) products trial run and deployment for Advantest customers.
Beside to ensure the technical evaluation completion but also as a consultant role to provide the technical insights and biz feedback to assist BD / Sales team to close deal with customers.
Job Description :
- Responsible to Southwest Region customers’ technical pre-sales activities of ACS products
- Working with customers to identify ROI and propose the right ACS products to users
- Conduct product training to internal team and external customers
- Working with BD / Marketing to provide the feedback on product roadmap
- As project owner to lead and implement the POC with new customers
- 10~20% oversea travel
