What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor position at Advantex Professional Services?
We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with our client located near Fullerton. Position will be 100% onsite.
Will oversee the full cycle AR process and supervise a team of 3 .
Experience within construction/building facilities/maintenance is required.
Accounts Receivable Supervisor Duties:
- Will be responsible for managing the full cycle AR process from beginning to end
- Oversee and mentor a staff of 3 AR Clerks
- Handle the cash applications, deposits, progressive billing and reconciliations
- Will manage the AR aging and collection activities
- Handle the research and discrepancies and handle any adjustments
- Maintain the customer files and manage the online billing platform
- Handle the monthly reconciliations and monthly close process
Accounts Receivable Supervisor Requirements:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- 5 years of full cycle AR experience
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Construction/building facilities or maintenance industry experience is required
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
- Must have strong experience with managing the AR aging
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
