Your Role:

• Oversee essential processes like AP, AR, job costing, and payroll workflows.
• Lead month-end close activities and manage inventory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and support the transition to SAP.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5-10 years as an Assistant Controller in construction, telecommunications, or manufacturing.
• Personality: Type A, self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to take the lead. You ask the right questions, show up every day ready to excel, and seek growth opportunities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in SAP (implementation in progress) and MS Dynamics Solomon or similar systems.

Location: Upland, CA
Salary: Up to 125k
