Are you a data-driven financial professional with a passion for commercial real estate ? We're looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join a leading privately held regional Commercial Real Estate firm . This role will be key in tracking, analyzing, and forecasting financial data related to cash positions, contracts, budgets, and property operational analytics .
What You’ll Do :
- Review monthly reports including rent rolls, operating statements, and capital expenditures
- Support Asset Management with reporting and create new reporting structures
- Manage and track a Vendor Contract database and maintain financial modeling
- Track and analyze Tenant Improvement contract costs and contractor bidding performance
- Develop and maintain cost-per-square-foot analysis for operating expenses
- Work with Property Accountants and Property Managers to review CAPEX projects
- Assist construction and facilities teams with project cost analysis
- Manage Avid invoice tracking and run quarterly variance reports
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in Commercial Real Estate (Office, Industrial, or Retail)
2 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting
Advanced Excel / Financial Modeling skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
