What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at Advantex Professional Services?
We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant for a temporary role for 3-6 months. Full time 40 hours a week.
Position will be working site.
Key Duties for the Senior Accountant:
- Will be responsible for the monthly journal entries
- Handle the balance sheet reconciliations and schedules
- Responsible for the intercompany billings
- Prepare the sales and use taxes
- Assist with the quarterly audits
- Record royalties monthly
- Review the foreign exchange rates
- Assist with the monthly financials
Key Requirements for the Senior Accountant:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of full cycle GL accounting experience
- QAD or any large ERP system experience preferred
- Intercompany accounting experience
- Intermediate Excel - (vlookup/pivot tables)
Salary : $45 - $50
